In the world of lingerie, a bra has always been a must-have.
But in a world where the average American spends more than six hours a day glued to a TV set, a good bra can feel like an afterthought.
And while we’re not all about looking our best in a bra, a few of us just can’t seem to stop.
What’s the best bra?
The best bra is a personal choice, says Sarah M. Smith, owner of M.I.A. lingerie and lifestyle line.
She recommends a bra that’s comfortable, flattering, and is meant to cover up.
“You can’t have it all,” Smith says.
And since a bra is so important to our bodies, it’s crucial that it fits right.
“The bra must be able to cover your boobs well.
If you’re not comfortable, you won’t wear it.
If it doesn’t cover your breasts, it won’t fit.”
Here are some tips for choosing the best lingerie: Wear a bra in a way that lets you see your boobs without covering them.
That way, they’re visible, she says.
“Bathrobe-style bras are great for someone who doesn’t have a lot of curves, but it doesn´t mean that you need to be as curvaceous as a bodybuilder,” she says, adding that they also don’t offer the full range of breast-to-bust coverage.
